Derrick Henley, Chairman
Derrick Henley is a co-founder and Chairman of Synaptic Solutions, Inc. His corporate responsibilities include defining the strategic vision of the corporation, while exploring new business opportunities for corporate growth. In addition to Derrick’s corporate duties, he is also responsible for the management of several government client projects.
Josh Cury, Chief Executive Officer
Joshua Cury is co-founder and has served as Chief Executive Officer at Synaptic Solutions, Inc. since the company's inception. He oversees multiple projects and is responsible for the creation, communication and implementation of Synaptic Solutions' vision, strategy and operations.
Throughout his career, Mr. Cury has focused on Web Development. He has successfully built and delivered architectures and tool frameworks for Northrop Grumman, BAE Systems and the DoD. His skillset includes: Architecture; multiple programming languages including Java and C++; and various development methodologies.
